Welcome to my profile, I am so glad you’re here. My name is Nita Loveland. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University~ Purdue University Columbus, and my Master of Science in Nursing with ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Indiana University ~ Purdue University Indianapolis. I am offering Telemedicine and Teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen. I have immediate openings and would be honored to support you.

My model of mental health care puts patients in the middle. First and foremost, I believe in listening to the patient. So much can be learned by listening, watching and truly hearing what a patient tells me is happening with them and their body. I conduct psychiatric assessments and make recommendations for treatment with psychiatric medications.

I evaluate the whole person, not just their current symptoms, and collaborate with patients to develop a treatment plan which places their values and needs at the heart of the work we do together. I prescribe using evidence-based practice guidelines and am very happy to collaborate with other members of a patients care team.
