Chellee Furbert, PMHNP

Hello my name is Chellee, I am a ANCC dual certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have twenty years of nursing experience in outpatient, inpatient, and acute care environments.  I completed my graduate education at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017 gaining professional experience in emergency medicine, substance use disorder, and behavioral health.  My health care training, knowledge, and education has led me to understand no two experiences are the same and every journey to optimal health is different. I enjoy collaborating with each client to understand their individual needs to highlight their best attributes to incorporate a motivational approach to care.
