Personal Info

“By the time you retire you will make a hundred mistakes in forty-five minutes.” (M. Alster).

I welcome anyone on a journey to learn about themselves, improve their lives and allow themselves to grow through experience of life, make mistakes and be open to what might come next. My name is Prisca, and my goal is to provide evidence-based practice, that will help individuals build skills to help them move forward and gain new insights; a sense of control in difficult times, to achieve goals they set. This is in part accomplished by my providing a place of no judgment, ears to listen and support as needed and desired.

I received my education from Fordham University in New York. I have worked in a variety of different settings including inpatient units, home care, outpatient and day treatment settings, as and in a small rural practice. Throughout my career I have assisted individuals of all ages and have also run a number of different skills groups. I am a provider who will use assessment to help guide individualized treatment in support of my clients’ wishes/desires to help them on the road to recovery and independence.
