Tamara Daly is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, having recently obtained her Doctor of Nursing. She also has a Master’s of Public Health, where she specialized in the social and environmental influences on mental health. She has years of experience as a psychiatric nurse and nursing supervisor in psychiatric inpatient hospital settings.

She has volunteered with local organizations to help provide affordable housing to the community and assisted a local school in improving its services to children. She values a healthy lifestyle and has been practicing meditation in the Tibetan tradition for over 20 years. She teaches and leads meditations for the community, specifically with a healing modality that cultivates compassion for self and others.

Her goal is to become a source of support, develop trust, and treat each client individually with competence and care.
